How to submit a proposal for a sticker

The Chemnitz Pavilion is a participatory project that invites residents and visitors to the city to co-design a location-based sticker. To take part in the project, you will need to select a site in Chemnitz that has a significant personal meaning. In other words, a space, object, environment, park, building, street or monument in Chemnitz has inspired you to think more deeply, that is significant as a site of social change or has simply acted as a catalyst for the imagination. Please note that your choice of location will need to be in the proximity of the number 5 Tramline.

Please upload:

No more than 2 images of your chosen location (along the number 5 tramline). The site documentation is very important for understanding the relation between the sticker and the site. Please focus on framing the site in a way that makes it easily recognizable.
No more than 2 images of your sticker design (this can be a drawing, collage, text work etc). You don't need to have any experience with art or design; we only ask that you are happy to try some form of image making: drawing, painting, print, collage... The sticker is co-designed so anything that you submit will be a first draft.
A short text of no more than 50 words. This should include one or two sentences that describes the chosen site and why you chose it.
